Alex is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in 1982 and obtained his Board Licensure degree in 1983. 

He first joined RSD Gutierrez Architects in 1983 as designer & renderer for various commercial and residential projects. 

Later he worked with DVH Builders, Inc. from 1984 to 1986 as field Architect and gained relevant exposure on large institutional projects such as the National Kidney Institute and the GSIS Complex. 

He moved on to his professional career in private practice for 6 years and further developed skills in design and construction management. 

In 1993, Alex had the opportunity to work in Singapore and joined notable firms such as Horizon Design International, Poole Associates, and IDP Consultants Pte. Ltd...  He had developed associations with international firms on joint undertaking for hospitalities, corporate and commercial/retail projects as design consultant in Malaysia, Indonesia and China. 

Back in Manila in 1999, he was hired as Project Manager for Goudie Associates.  He handled relevant corporate accounts such as Lucent Technologies, Midas Kapiti, Philip Morris, Sony Life Insurance, Exxon Mobil, Green Cross, Inc. & Texaco Philippines. 

Soon he joined ADD+ Consortium, Inc. in 2002 and worked as Design Director.  He was directly responsible for all the Interior Design projects of the company.  In 2008, he became Director & COO of the company and focused on project operations. 

Alex continued his profession and formed the group - ASGI (ADDPLUS SOUTIONS GROUP, INC.)

A degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the FEATI University, Almer obtained his Board Licensure in 1984. In the same year, his job as a licensed Architect was with Anta Construction Corporation, Architectural Department, and handling design for Industrial, Commercial and Residential projects. 

In 1985, after gaining experience from his first job as a licensed Architect, he tried working abroad to gain more experience with International caliber.  He went to Saudi Arabia and joined Societe Generale de Enterprises/Sainrapt Et Brice (SGE/SB), a construction firm based in France, handling turn-key projects using modern materials and construction system. 

He went back to Manila in 1989 and joined R.R. Payumo + Partners - Architects, one of the leading Architectural firms in the Philippines.  There he practiced what he had learned from the previous years and gained more experience in the field of Architectural Design and detailing.  He handled several major projects and to name a few were; Manila Southwoods Golf Clubhouse and its supporting buildings, Tagaytay Highlands Golf Clubhouse, PLDT Exchange and Business Centers, BMG Office Building, Asian Terminal, Inc. Office building, Eva Macapagal Terminal in Pier 13, BASF Philippine Headquarters and BAYER Philippines. 

In 2003, he joined Pam Mendoza Design Associates, an Interior Design Firm doing residential and corporate office projects. The Principal, Ms. Pam Mendoza is the niece of the well-known Interior Designer, Lor Calma. 

Since his forte is in Architectural Design and Detailing, he later joined Teamworx Development Management Consulting, Inc. to continue his architectural design. 

Later, Almer joined ADD+ Consortium, Inc. and headed the team for Architectural Department.  His extensive experience in this field gained him confidence to work independently. 

Almer decided to be one of the incorporators for a new company ASGI (ADDPLUS SOLUTIONS GROUP, INC.).  He is the Director for Architectural Design.  With 25 years of professional experience, Almer is asset to the firm.







arturo y. corbito


A graduate of Civil Engineering from Adamson University in 1984 and passed the licensure examination in 1985. 

His first job was being a Project Inspector at the Makati City Hall.  After 2 years, he had decided to work with a private firm to gain more exposure and experience.  After almost a decade of working with several companies related to construction including the last fit-out firm he had worked for more than 5 years,  Art gained confidence and obtained professional knowledge to put up his own construction firm in 1997. 

He managed to complete different types of projects from residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and corporate offices. Most of Art’s exposure was into office fit-out projects then further focused and specialized in this strength. 

Due to economic crisis in 2005, his company faced difficult challenges for a year.  Until 2006 he finally decided to cease operations and work again in a private firm. 

Further on, he worked with an American company as Chief Engineer and successfully managed the renovation of its newly leased out office and construction of several building structures wihtin a 20 hectare company-owned compound. 

In 2007, he was offered by ADD+ Consortium, Inc. to join the group and head the Operations Department.  With his experience in this field, Art developed confidence and played a vital role in the company. 

As director and head of Project Management team at ASGI (ADDPLUS SOLUTIONS GROOUP, INC.) Art’s expertise in operations will contribute to the successful completion of projects.
